Then as suddenly as the monster dog had bit me he was off me. i fell to the ground and scooted far back from the creature.

it was a boy who was staff lightly lumping the now puppy on the backside. “you felt me coming to do the dance, go home or watch from the edge of the meadow!”

He turned to me, and it was my mother’s Huntsmen’s son Hunter. his visage had changed from the little older, little unimportant brat of a boy, snot nosed like i had always pictured him since i was littler. i didn’t know the saying then, but in your element describes the beauty of my Hunter. his too long hair, and the magic of the dance, seemed to make him into one of the other worldly creatures.

Till he hefted me up like i was a goat, set me on my feet and said, “ the dance can’t go unfinished, come on-” not taking my bleeding face or bitten hand to seriously, “ i’ll patch you up when it’s done.”

but the moment our hands met and he lifted me to the sky, nothing else mattered, the dance was a whirlwind, and i hardly remember now.

Now he and i practice the season’s dances, thought we both could perform them in our sleep by now. He did patch me up the best he could, but there was poison in my hand right hand, so it is kinda swollen and doesn’t work well.

He and i became close friends, and then we knew we were in love one year when i was 16 during the winter dance, after it he kissed me and we’ve been together ever since. i became close to his friend Apple, as they were childhood friends and we often played together.
